Les Trois Chenes - Barbara Walton

Barbara offers six days of tuition, which will begin on the day after arrival. A typical day starts at 10am with two hours of tuition before lunch on site, and three hours after lunch. The tutors will be available in the evenings to discuss the day’s work over aperitifs and dinner. Painting sessions will take place in the studio or outdoors on the farm or places of local interest, and a visit to the Museum of Contemporary Art at Rochechouart Château is included. Day outings and visits are organised to some of the many attractions in Limousin, the Charente and the Dordogne. Bernhard Aicher

The ceramic workshop "Atelier Tinos Ceramics" lies in a central and peaceful area on the Island of Tinos, near the village of Tripotamos. It is situated just three miles from the town and beaches. The studio is also closed to the Medieval Road which connects the town to the Castle of Exombourgo, today used as a donkey and footpath. A excellent starting point for trekkers. The studio was founded in 1982 as a base for the sculpturess Margarita Delatola Aicher who was later joined by Bernhard Aicher in 1986, an experienceed ceramic teacher. Read more......
