Bas van Gaalen has a lot of experience in welding, on boats at shipyard 't Kromhout in Amsterdam-Holland, as well as in France for restoring
old houses. After years of travelling all over the globe he decided to settle down in France. He and his wife are living and working in France in Burgundy for 11 years now. Recent in 2006 they bought an old farmhouse with a lot of room to create a Centre for Art and Burgundian lifestyle.

The workshop will be for people who are interested in Electric Welding for starters. There will be theory and a lot of practising, so the group of people will be limited, max. 3 persons at the time. You can choose to join 3 mornings or 3 afternoons. Material will be available. For those who like to go on, a workshop on a higher level can be arranged.
