Life drawing is still a very effective way of educating the eye and developing drawing skills and for this reason has always been an essential part of an artist’s training. Using life models we will cover practical aspects of drawing and painting the figure. This is a great course for beginners who want to develop their drawing skills in an intensive way and also for the more experienced who want to focus on this sort of work in a quiet supportive environment. Life drawing and painting is totally absorbing and quite addictive.
More advanced artists may also wish to consider following my course notes on 'Life after life drawing' as a route for personal development
The emphasis at Font Blanca is to provide a relaxed and enjoyable experience with a real focus on learning new skills and helping you develop confidence and a personal direction in your own art work whatever your level of ability.
