Höglund Art Glass offers members of the public the opportunity to try their hand at glass making. These classes are the perfect introduction to hot glass with lots of fun!
No previous experience is necessary!
Each participant will enjoy the easy step-by-step learning process taught by a skilled and friendly, professional instructor while they make their own colourful glass object. It is an excellent opportunity for both individuals and ‘team building’ groups to try this creative process.
Demonstrations and ‘hands-on’ experience will introduce basic glassmaking techniques. Small class size allows for maximum interaction, creating a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

MAKE YOUR OWN PAPERWEIGHT
Glass artist Ola Höglund offer you the opportunity to try your hands at glass making. These classes are the perfect introduction to hot glass with lots of fun! Under the guidance of Ola Höglund, each participant will be able to design a unique and colourful paperweight and assist in the process of turning molten glass into a personal keepsake, or special one-of-a-kind gift.
MAKE YOUR OWN GLASS JEWELLERY In this introductory workshop held by glass artist Marie Simberg-Höglund, students will learn how to melt glass together with both clear and coloured glass mosaic components and create unique glass art to wear. Participants will be encouraged to experiment with different techniques to create a range of used glass jewellery.
